After pick up from your hotel, we start the walking part of our tour early, first visiting the colorful local markets where we meet stall holders and talk about their food. Our walk then continues along both high streets and back streets exploring many corners in Hanoi’s Old Quarter that you never see when by walking yourself, and enjoying the elegance of Hanoi, through tranquil French Quarter.
You will taste more than 10 entrées, and drinking endless local beverages, while chatting with street vendors. Our final destination is a tasting room where you can taste a wide selection of these local delicacies, bought directly from the vendors – most of whom we saw or met on the walking tour and sharing their views about Vietnam culture through traditional food.
